Sample Menu – Canapés £6 Per Head

Selection of open topped sandwiches served on freshly baked ciabatta. For Example:

• Mini Kebabs - mozzarella balls with semi-blushed tomatoes and basil leaves on a cocktail stick
• Canapé oatcakes served with a Gorgonzola torta filling topped with a drizzle of honey. Gorgonzola torta is a mixture of gorgonzola and mascarpone
• Three seed wafers served with chicken liver parfait and fig balsamic
• Steamed asparagus tips served with a hollandaise dip
• Cocktail blinis topped with award winning flaked hot smoked salmon with horseradish mascarpone
• Barrel aged feta, mint and olive mini skewers
• Chorizo parcels with rocket and pepper

Optional Extras

• Vintage or Non-vintage Mesnil Champagne. This is the house champagne at Delilah and has won several awards and is also not commonly available

Additional Information

Catering can be presented in a number of different ways:

• Attractive top quality bio-degradable trays and bowls – Additional £2 per event
• Basic disposable paper plates – included in the price
• For special occasions; wooden and marble platters - £25 refundable deposit. (You must be able to return these, clean and promptly)

Hire of plates - £2.00 per 10 plates
Additional wooden cutlery (set of knife, fork, spoon and napkin) – 10p per person
Delivery – Free within a 10 mile radius of Nottingham City Centre on orders over £75
