• Consisting of 4 meats, sliced and presented. (example: Alderton Ham, Serrano Ham, Chorizo, Milano Salami)

Cheese Stack

• 3 sections of whole cheese truckles, layered wedding cake style, and dressed with fruits & nuts: (example: Blacksticks Blue, Tomme de Savoie, Camembert)

Selection of Pates

• 3 types of pate, served as 'quenelles' on a marble platter. (example: Chicken Liver with Brandy, Red Lentil and Sundried Tomato, Smoked Salmon Mousse)

Bread Basket

• 3 varieties of hand-crafted bread. (example: Focaccia, Italian White and Multigrain Sourdough)

Gorgozola Torta Dip

• A rich and creamy Blue cheese and Mascarpone dip

Flavoured Flatbread Crackers

Additional Information

Catering can be presented in a number of different ways:

• Attractive top quality bio-degradable trays and bowls – Additional £2 per event
• Basic disposable paper plates – included in the price
• For special occasions; wooden and marble platters - £25 refundable deposit. (You must be able to return these, clean and promptly)

Hire of plates - £2.00 per 10 plates
Additional wooden cutlery (set of knife, fork, spoon and napkin) – 10p per person
Delivery – Free within a 10 mile radius of Nottingham City Centre on orders over £75
